Let’s be honest, being an entrepreneur comes with a vast number of different feelings, emotions, surprises, sudden changes and gut-wrenching growth challenges. Great entrepreneurs often have high energy, but more so than ever, that exact same energy often times turns into anxiety and powerlessness! So, how do we get back on track FAST?! Here ‘s a great way to make these counter-productive emotions your best assets!
he end goal and dream is often times still the same regardless of the challenges and bumps in the road that you might face on the way. Regardless of age. Age today—is just a number.
When we have a feeling that we’re doing everything we can to change our situation, in the present, the feeling of stressful anxiety has a funny way of decreasing and even dissipating.
THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
Stress and anxiety is a powerless emotion, usually stemming from speculating too much about the FUTURE!
Many people think “but what if” way too many times—which then anticipates scenarios inside the mind which in 90% of all cases never turn out like that!
Depression is usually a result of unnecessarily beating up oneself about THE PAST!
Age, and understatements of how you did in life at any given point, and being too harsh and judgemental upon yourself, resulting in lack of self-love and approval—eventually results in “de-pression” which can naturally be turned back around, by beginning to give more space to self-approval on a regular basis.
The result of focusing on being unreasonably harsh on yourself brings even more ‘stuck-ness” to the table and the result is the less productive, self-enforcing circle.
“The key is to be in balanced motion at all times and resting when necessary— not when it’s NOT necessary”
We as human beings feel best when we’re on a roll, progressing, growing, challenging ourselves, improving and making a difference.
These traits can only be fed through being IN FORWARD MOTION!
The only things you’ll regret in life are the things you DIDNT do which COULD have turned out great. Not the things you DID do which turned out less good. These experiences become enriching and eventually your most valuable assets—depending on your perception.
QUICK &
EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS
- Attend a mindfulness course. The reason why most people are dealing with anxiety and stress is usually because they’re worried about what might happen in the future. This is because the brain is setting up unrealistic scenarios for threats that doesn’t exist in real life, thereby causing anxiety.
The reason a person is dealing with depression is usually because of the falsely created and gradually built-up self-image around the past, carried in the subconscious of the creator. As easy as this image has been created—it can be overwritten through tenacious and regular exercise where one aspect is being 100% in the present, forgetting everything about thoughts around the past or future.
- Intense exercise. As you delve into a highpaced and upbeat exercise regimen where your full attention is required in order to perform the various moves— your mind will stop wandering and start existing 100% in the present.
This is why most people enjoy dancing and doing other sports activities. In my own experience and opinion, no other activity serves both the yin and yang aspects of the “being in the now”, better than the ancient martial arts, which often times implements both meditative, deep breathing as well as the aforementioned high-paced and more presence-demanding intense exercise.
times anxiety stems from feeling powerless and having no clue what to do next. Sometimes the solution lies outside the box of normal “rules” and ways to move forward. Be open and BOLD. Sometimes becoming angry, aligning that anger to the one you REALLY are, channelling that feeling out in progressive productivity is the solution to breaking through that wall.
“Anxiety is trapped energy!”
Get out and take a brisk walk. Make your self TIRED! Physically and mentally.
Training and challenging yourself in the gym brings forth a new and better version of you, with new oxygen flowing to your cells, which also brings new thoughts and solutions to the surface. Remember to eat clean and drink lots of water for nutrients to be transported to your cells.
Take your daily vitamins and minerals. According to Medical News Today, a 2019 study found that a supplement that contained the follow ing nutrients significantly decreased anxiety in young adults: B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
