We´re witnessing a new form of light, hosted mainly by a large group of female warriors who have emerged with truth and beautiful, powerful voices, grounded in a strong, steadfast intuition. What is coming might be bigger and more beautiful than both you and I could ever imagine. Humanity has unearthed its collective spirit. Are we truly witnessing the dawn of a new, pure, and blissful, conservative age?
The struggles of the latter year have made us unite in ways that perhaps were unforeseeable. With family values, power couples, and true human values emerging, we´ve been forced to find our true “Dharma”, based on love and soul connection.
Who am I?, Where are we going?, What’s the purpose of all this? has most likely been questions we’ve asked ourselves more than once. In the search for truth and inner strength, we’ve had the time to find gems we didn’t know we had. Gems that might now have led us on new paths, making room for whole new skills and talents.
We’ve certainly had the time to develop those skills “en masse”, and still have. So, the big question is – how do we spend that time? And what do we do with what we currently have and have learned so far?
Being humankind, we have a choice. Do we keep it for ourselves? Or Do we teach others what we have found and learned? The need for uplifting each other is greater than ever. More listening, more caring, less ego is at the forefront as we grow. Not only as human beings but perhaps more than ever as entrepreneurs, leaders, coaches, mentors and speakers. We´re unique beyond measure—both as individuals and collectively.
It is time to think deeply and cleverly about our next steps and how we treat one another, beginning with those closest to us. From there, we may expand to our fellow-men and women. My question to you is, Does this lead us to become more aware of what’s possible with non-profits? Even though this type of entrepreneurship doesn´t have to mean “no profits”, What do we find when we help others just for the sake of helping? Do you feel a true depth and connectivity, since such projects often come from a pure heart? I’ve personally witnessed that volunteering creates heartfelt connections out of this world since everyone involved is out there because they care and not so much for personal gain.
Nonprofits are often geared towards a common good, for instance, in your local society – be it for nature or humanity. I strongly believe that this year we will be seeing more of these types of businesses flourishing.
So, are we, in fact genuinely finding truth in the axiom that “no man is an island”? Could this mean that even families begin to support each other in ways missed for decades? Only time will show but I think we can all agree now that these times are forcing us all to find our true places in life and these places might represent much larger assignments than we could have ever anticipated.
So, what do we do as business people? We grow with the assignment. And grow as people. For it is only when we´re pushed to stretch with no other option that we encounter skills and connect with forces we never knew we had. The time has come for you to connect with that specific place deep inside. Asking…“What can I give back to my community?” Or perhaps “How can I create a whole new type of community that serves and provides for unique arising needs?
In the end, we’re all in this together, and I want to encourage you to see yourself as a “Version 3.0”. See yourself, not so much for what you are, but for what you can become if you add a
It is once we learn how to be still and trust that what’s coming is for the betterment of our personal and common good. Once we learn to rest in the moment, void of thought, emptying our “glasses’ ‘, it is here that we find that “something” being poured into our glass.
